We offer the sale of poultry, eggs, animal feed, and other related agricultural products. All items are subject to availability and may be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through our physical office, by phone, or online at https://kungu.farm.
Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Mobile Money, and Bank Transfer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery services are available within Kungu Town and surrounding areas in Wakiso District.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to logistics or weather.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information and availability to receive goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

Live poultry and perishable products (such as eggs) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified issue upon delivery.
Complaints or refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Animal Welfare and Responsibility

We uphold high standards of hygiene, care, and handling of all poultry. Once animals or goods leave our farm or are delivered, the responsibility for their health and welfare transfers to the customer. We are not liable for losses or health conditions arising from improper care after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content found on https://kungu.farm, including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Kungu Poultry Farm Enterprises Ltd and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kungu Poultry Farm Enterprises Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products and services.
